Today @Pod2g has tweeted on his twitter Account that he has Found another exploitable use-after-free in WebKit , Check the tweet below.
He also Said that they are not working on a 6.1.3 jailbreak, that would be too much efforts for a minimal update. We're waiting for a major release.
Good news! Found another exploitable use-after-free in WebKit today. It affects production builds of Safari / Chrome and WebKit trunk also.

i have IOS 6.1.3 becouse resently have a problem whid the micro of the phone, peaple dont hear me in the conections, so i put the iphone 4s in the waranty ,and before that have the IOS6.1 and jailbreak, but becouse that problem, i put the iphone whid the IOS 6.1.3 for dont loose the waranty. So... i , m fu... now becouse dont have maner to come back for IOS 6.1,dont have downgrade or jailbreak, sorry for my english, but i,m sad whid this problem....
