MacBook Air
A number of 2013 MacBook Air users have reported intermittent Wi-Fi issues, and9to5Mac is reporting today that Apple has recognized the problem.
In the United States, Apple Geniuses and Advisors should capture MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2013) and MacBook Air (11-inch, Mid 2013) computers with any Wi-Fi issues.
Users experiencing the issue say that Wi-Fi will sometimes connect as usual, but will time out after a short period of time requiring a restart. A picture taken of instructions given to Apple employees suggest that the company wants to get ahold of defective units to further investigate the issue.
Apple announced the latest MacBook Air revision at WWDC 2013 2 weeks ago, and it features drastically improved battery life as well as the inclusion of Intel’s “Haswell” line of processors.
