How to Give iOS 7 a Test Drive Without Upgrading

iOS 7 was announced earlier today at WWDC, and almost everyone has one question: How can I try it out? Well, if you’re a developer, you probably already know the answer to that. In that case, simply activate your UDID and grab a copy of iOS 7–you’re good to go! Not everyone has the fortune of having their own developer account, however.

If you want to try out iOS 7 without the downfalls–app incompatibility, crashes, bugs, etc.–of upgrading, Apple has provided a quick and convenient solution. Over at theiOS 7 page on Apple.com, you’ll find quick videos that go over the features of the new iOS. You can view them on any device, but I highly recommend visiting the site from your iPhone 5 or 5th generation iPod touch. The videos will play in full screen on your Retina display–a convenient look at how iOS 7 will look in just a few short months when it is released to the public.
