Actually using the feature is somewhat cumbersome, as it cycles through the various on-screen options. While it won’t replace the traditional touchscreen input for most users, those with disabilities will certainly benefit from this inclusion in to iOS. Accessibility is an area that Apple has traditionally been a leader in, and it appears that they are interested in maintaining that role.
