It seems that we will indeed be seeing iOS 7 beta 4 today, as Apple’s developer portalalready has the links posted. The actual files are not yet available to be downloaded — expect that to change as the day progresses.
Other websites are also reporting that we are nearing a GM release, which is apparently slated to happen in September. BGR also claims that there will be two more betas after today’s launch of beta 4.
